Welcome to Play Mile High Bootcamp Fitness!

Play Mile High is proud to offer our spin on Bootcamp Fitness. Join us for a 6 week class session combining the benefits of a one-on-one personal fitness training program with the camaraderie and social dynamic of Play Mile High and motivation of working out in a group.

Our classes will utilize primarily body weight workouts and exercises, and occasionally an equipment exercise or two. But don’t worry you don’t need to bring anything but a water bottle and an attitude hungry to get fit.

Play Mile High Bootcamp

Basics

  • Classes will be one hour each week. And will run for six weeks.
  •  Our Monday session will be from 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.
  • Our Sunday session will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
  • No experience required, this is an open level class.
  • Everyone signs up as an individual but if you would like the same shirt color please sign up as a team.
